Ryan brings 20 years of experience leading high-performance engineering teams at successful technology organizations. At Motus, Ryan will lead the technology vision and work with Motus product management to accelerate the delivery of solutions that create and add value to customers’ lives.
Ryon brings nearly 40 years of experience working in and around technology. His expertise focuses on aligning solutions with market problems to help companies outperform their peer groups and make their customers promoters. As Chief Product Officer, Ryon is responsible for the continued growth, development, and success of the Motus product line.
Dennis brings 20 years of enterprise account management, customer success and leadership experience to Motus. He oversees the strategic enterprise account management function of the business, ensuring the overall success of Motus customers during their customer lifecycle.
Matt serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Motus, where he leads the customer success organization to drive retention and value realization. With over 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Matt specializes in scaling businesses through strategic execution. Before joining Motus, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Achievers, where he led global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, supporting enterprise customers and helping grow the business into a market leader.
A.J. sits on the Motus Board of Directors as a Senior Partner at Thoma Bravo. Prior to Thoma Bravo, A.J. was part of the team at Saban Capital Group, Jefferies & Company and Ford Motor Company in California. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
G. William serves as Chairman of the Motus Board of Directors. Before joining Thoma Bravo as an Operating Partner, G. William was President & CEO of Manatron Inc., VP of Information Services at Kellogg Company International and VP & Chief Information Officer at Kellogg Company Europe. He earned an MBA from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.

Robin joins the Motus Board of Directors as a Partner at Permira. Prior to joining Permira, Robin worked in M&A at CSFB and BZW in both London and San Francisco, focusing largely on the Technology sector. He earned his MBA at INSEAD and graduated from Oxford University.

Prior to joining Permira, Phil worked at RJ Capital, a mid-market private equity fund, Francisco Partners, a technology-focused private equity fund, and Bain & Company. He has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Pete Boyes is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. Pete has more than 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence and value creation at companies such as Zego (acquired by Global Payments), Soasta (acquired by Akamai Technologies), and ID Analytics (acquired by Symantec/LifeLock). Before his CFO and GM roles, he was a technology Investment Banker completing numerous M&A and Corporate Finance transactions across the technology landscape.
